FREDERICK, MD – Ruppert Properties is excited to share plans that will bring H&E Equipment Services to Frederick, MD.  With 125 locations nationwide, its newest home will be an 11,000 square foot facility on six acres located at Stanford Business Park. 

The build-to-suit lease agreement inked in 2022 includes a long-term commitment from H&E to serve the Frederick County area’s equipment rental needs for many years to come.  Site work is underway and anticipated delivery is June of 2024.
