Craig Ruppert
CEO
As the founder and chief executive of parent company Ruppert Companies, Craig established the culture and values at Ruppert Properties and continues to provide strategic and financial oversight. His decades of business experience and exposure to numerous industries has provided for innovative business concepts and ideas applicable to each of the companies under the Ruppert umbrella.
Bill Meissner
President/Managing Partner
Bill is the President and Managing Partner of Ruppert Properties and is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the company including investment strategy, leasing, construction, property management and financial operations. With the Ruppert Companies for 31 years, he along with partner Craig Ruppert founded Ruppert Properties in 2000. Bill attended the University of Baltimore and completed the Real Estate Finance and Development Executive Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bill is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), NAIOP National Private Developers Forum, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Brennan McMeeken
Chief Financial Officer

Brennan is responsible for the company’s accounting and financial activities at both the property and asset level with a focus on financial reporting, investment analysis, lease administration and budget forecasting. Prior to joining the company, Brennan worked in finance and asset management roles for San Diego and Baltimore area developers. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University and Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
Matthew Poffenbarger
Vice President of Construction

Matt manages all construction activities and oversees the company’s tenant fit-out, renovation, and ground-up projects. Prior to joining Ruppert, Matt worked in project management for Morgan Keller Construction and Forrester Construction. Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Geoscience from Pennsylvania State University.
Nick Pirone
Director of Investments
Nick is responsible for identifying investment opportunities and leading the acquisition process. He also oversees leasing activity during stabilization periods for value-add assets and development projects. Prior to joining Ruppert, he held a senior position with one of the largest capital markets firms on the East Coast. Nick holds his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Sales Marketing from Arizona State University.
Laura Morgan
Director of Property Management
Laura leads the property management division with over 20 years of real estate management experience. Prior to joining Ruppert, Laura was with Atlantic Realty Company where she oversaw a diverse portfolio, specializing in client retention and project management. Laura received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, as well as RPA and CPM certifications.
