Local Business Owner and Luxury Condominium Association Engage Ruppert’s Services
Frederick, MD – Ruppert Management continues to grow their presence in downtown Frederick, most recently by welcoming two new clients to their property management portfolio.
Bowers Brewing Company has retained Ruppert Management to manage their commercial real estate investment at 44 North Market Street in Frederick. The building is home to premier downtown commercial office space as well as the popular tapas bar, Isabella’s. Phil Bowers, President of Bowers Brewing Company, said he is eager to begin the partnership in the coming months and believes it will “give their tenants an elevated level of service and ensure the continued health of the building for many years to come.”
Ruppert has also been engaged by The Council of Unit Owners of Gallery on Second for management services. This downtown Frederick residential condo building didn’t have to wait for their agreement’s effective date before they began to see the benefits of their partnership. “Even before they officially began, Ruppert went to work making sure we had a seamless transition, setting us up for a successful 2022”, offered Board President, Thom Shellabarger. “We are thrilled to be working with a local firm who can deliver the service and attention we need as homeowners.”
At both properties, Ruppert will provide full-service management to include association and lease administration, engineering/maintenance, project management, accounting services, and unit owner and tenant relations.
