Frederick, MD – Healthwell Foundation has signed a lease for nearly 28,000 SF of office space at Westview Corporate Center in Frederick, MD. The lease allows Ruppert Properties, the owner of Westview Corporate Center, to immediately backfill the space that was previously occupied by First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation.

Fully renovated in 2013, Westview Corporate Center is a 212,000 square foot Class A office building located just off I-270 in southern Frederick. Ruppert Properties acquired the building in December 2018 at 58% occupancy. Healthwell Foundation is one of two leases completed in the first half of 2022 that increased occupancy to 94%.
