Ruppert Management is seeking a customer service oriented individual as Front Desk Associate.
Location: 8101 Connecticut Avenue, Chevy Chase, MD 20815
Hours: M-F 7am-3pm
The Front Desk Associate is primarily responsible for managing the lobby area and providing on-site services to unit owners and residents. The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for unit owners, residents, visitors, and service/contract workers.
Greet visitors to the building in a professional and friendly manner.
Create and maintain an organized and inviting front desk space.
Ensure that the lobby area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
Keep the front desk and bathroom fully stocked of supplies and organized.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of newspapers on a daily basis.
Enforce driveway rules.
Accept and log receipts of all deliveries and notify unit owners and residents accordingly.
Log all activity of building visitors, contractors, and vendors, and ensure that proper visitor log-in procedures are adhered to.
Maintain daily shift log to include all pertinent details.
Respond to front desk email inbox as needed.
Field all calls to the front desk and adhere to emergency on-call procedures.
Field maintenance requests and communicate them with the maintenance team and manager as needed.
Monitor security video surveillance to ensure a safe environment for staff and unit owners.

3+ years of customer service or related experience; proficient with Building Link software
