Frederick, MD – Ruppert Management announced that it has been retained by McShea Properties to provide property management services at their iconic “Second & Market” asset in downtown Frederick. Ruppert will provide full-service management to include tenant relations, lease administration, engineering/maintenance and accounting services.

Purchased by McShea Properties in 2015 and fully renovated in 2016, Second & Market is located at the corner of North Market Street and East Second Street. It includes 25,000 square feet of Class A office and retail space along with adjacent executive surface parking and a secure parking structure at East Second Street and Maxwell Alley. The property is home to some of Frederick’s premier firms, including Woodsboro Bank, Century 21 Redwood Realty, Fitzgerald Realty Group, Inc, Mainspring, Inc., Excalibur Title and Escrow, LLC and RS Will Wealth Management.
