Frederick, MD – Ruppert Management continues to grow their presence in Frederick County, most recently by welcoming a regional developer and local property owner to their property management portfolio.
Elm Street Development has retained Ruppert Management to manage the Oakdale Crossing and Lake Linganore Mixed Use Associations. The commercial associations govern and maintain the commercial common areas of the Lake Linganore Town Center as well as the adjacent Oakdale Crossing project. Both are located in the primary growth zone for Eastern Frederick County and serve as a retail and residential hub for the I-70 corridor through Linganore and New Market.
Ruppert also now has the pleasure of providing management and maintenance services for The Patrick Maxwell Building, located at 55-57 East Patrick Street in the heart of downtown Frederick. In addition to housing luxury apartments on the upper floors, the retail spaces are home to local hot spots Tenth Ward and Maxwell’s Handcrafted Burgers & Shakes.
At both properties, Ruppert will provide management services tailored to the client’s’ needs, ranging from engineering/maintenance and project management to accounting services and bylaw administration.
