Jay Wellschlager, Managing Director of the Capital Markets Group for JLL, brokered the sale of the portfolio for an undisclosed seller.  The seven buildings sold in the Meadows complex are 90% leased to 21 tenants, including such businesses as K&G Fashion Superstore, Radio One, Vanns Spices, and Zeffert and Gold Catering.

Meadows Industrial Park is positioned to serve the Baltimore region with immediate access to I-695. The close proximity to I-695 offers accessibly to major distribution routes that extend across the Mid-Atlantic region.
