Ruppert Properties Introduces Enhanced Tenant Services Platform


Ruppert Properties announced the launch of their enhanced tenant service offerings to include a tenant web portal, online maintenance requests and after-hours emergency answering services.

The new platform is centered around the tenant web portal where a property specific, password protected site provides tenants a resource to find building information, access forms, reserve amenities and enter work tickets. Ruppert spent the last several months developing the site with their web partner, Wood Street, Inc. “The content of these sites has always been available to tenants but never in a centralized and easy to access format,” said Kate Layman, Director of Property Management for Ruppert Properties. “The less time our tenants need to spend on the bricks and mortar of their business, the more time they can dedicate to their own success, and that is a win for everyone.”

Also available through the portal is an online work-ticket system. This system makes maintenance requests more efficient and allows for continued and documented follow-up from the management office until the issue is resolved. To support the online system, an emergency answering service has also been put into place to ensure that a Ruppert tenant has access to a member of the management team 24/7. “Ruppert has always placed a premium on tenant service. The systems we’re introducing now allow us to provide that service more efficiently and better equip our tenants with the resources they might need at any given time,” said Layman.
